Job summary

Duties include analyzing data, visiting sites, preparing forecasts, reviewing offers, and presenting reports to upper management. A BA in engineering, construction science or a similar field is preferred, with hands-on experience and knowledge

Qualifications

• Gather proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents.
• Estimate labor, materials and time to compute project costs.
• Strong understanding of data analysis methods and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Explore documentation to understand project requirements.
• Visit sites, warehouses and venues to prepare estimates.
• Analyze data and metrics to create reliable forecasts.
