Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a cost engineer for rail/infrastructure projects. You will prepare detailed BOQs, perform quantity take-offs from IFC/tender drawings, and analyze subcontractor quotations to craft competitive tender submissions.

Responsibilities include rate analysis, value engineering, and outlining construction methodologies with clear sequencing and contractual documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in rail, infrastructure, bridge, tunnelling or civil construction projects.
• Ability to prepare detailed cost estimates from IFC/tender drawings.
• Strong knowledge of tender documentation and contract specifications.
