S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a meticulous Document Control Specialist for construction projects in the UAE. You will establish and maintain an efficient control system, ensure compliance, and support project teams through the lifecycle.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in document control within construction, with proficiency in Aconex or SharePoint. Immediate joiners and Gulf/ADNOC experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of document control experience in construction, engineering, or similar industries.
• Proficiency in document management software such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
• Certifications in document control or project management (e.g., PMP, CDCP) are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an efficient document control system with proper recording and retrievability.
• Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure compliance with standards and project specs.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand documentation needs and provide tailored support throughout the lifecycle.
• Implement version control processes to track changes and maintain document integrity during reviews and approvals.
