- Support project leadership by providing clear visibility on requirements compliance, configuration risks, interface dependencies, and change impacts.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in rail projects, rail operations, infrastructure programmes, or complex systems delivery environments.
- Proven experience in requirements management and configuration management on large‑scale rail, metro, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering, project lifecycle management, requirements flow-down, verification, validation, and traceability.
- Proficiency in requirements and configuration management tools such as DOORS, DNG, ComplyPro, or similar systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces, system integration requirements, baseline control, and configuration change processes.
- Strong knowledge of Systems Assurance standards including EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129, and related railway assurance practices.
- Experience in airport integration, intermodal transport hubs, operational interfaces, or complex stakeholder environments will be an advantage.
- Experience in client‑facing or consultancy roles on major infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Professional certification or membership with a relevant engineering, project management, systems engineering, or assurance institute will be an advantage.
