Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Sharjah Head Office, with flexibility for some remote work. The Compliance Manager Operations/SMS Manager will oversee regulatory compliance, coordinate and enhance the Safety Management System (SMS), and ensure the company adheres to aviation safety standards. Core responsibilities include conducting audits, maintaining compliance with local and international regulations, implementing safety initiatives, liaising with regulatory authorities, and preparing reports. The role requires fostering a safety-first culture, analyzing data for process improvements, and ensuring continuous adherence to operational standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in aviation compliance, safety management systems (SMS), and regulatory standards ( Mandatory )
• UAE Experience an Asset.
• Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and data analysis skills
• Experience coordinating safety programs and preparing documentation for regulatory audits
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software for data analysis, documentation, and tracking
• Experience in Aviation Standards
• Experience in Aircraft inductions and communication with the relevant aviation authorities
• Bachelor's degree in aviation, safety management, or a related field
• Experience in the private aviation industry is preferred
