Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a Complex Liability Adjuster to lead high-value liability and personal injury claims across the Middle East. The role demands senior leadership, deep technical knowledge, and strong client engagement with insurers, brokers, and corporate clients.

Expect regular travel across the Middle East and a focus on complex risk areas such as Professional Indemnity, Product Liability and Medical Malpractice. LLB preferred; ACII/ACILA desirable.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in legal and/or insurance with personal injury claims.
• Strong knowledge of liability protocols and claims handling principles.
• ACII/ACILA or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex liability and personal injury claims across the Middle East.
• Engage with insurers, brokers, legal professionals and corporate clients on high-value matters.

This highly visible role combines technical expertise, strategic client engagement, and leadership, working closely with insurers, brokers, legal professionals, and corporate clients on high-value and technically challenging matters.You will bring at least 10 years of experience from a legal and/or insurance background, with strong knowledge of personal injury claims, liability protocols, and specialist areas such as Professional Indemnity, Product Liability, and Medical Malpractice. An LLB qualification is preferable, with ACII, ACILA, or equivalent professional qualifications highly desirable.The role requires regular travel across the region for client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagement, making strong communication skills and commercial acumen essential.
