Mediclinic Middle East is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial lead to manage governance, statutory records and corporate reporting across Mediclinic entities in the UAE. You will advise the Board and Executive Management and ensure compliance with applicable laws and governance standards.
The role requires a Fellow of the ICSA or a law degree, at least five years in a large corporate environment, and strong drafting, meeting management and Arabic language skills.

To lead and manage the company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate reporting requirements of Mediclinic Middle East and its associated entities, ensuring effective Board and shareholder governance and compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory and governance requirements. The role provides expert guidance to the Board and Executive Management, maintains robust corporate governance practices and statutory records, and supports corporate transactions and related corporate legal requirements across applicable jurisdictions.
Candidates should be a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries and/or hold a legal degree in Law. Where professionally qualified in company secretarial practice, a legal degree and admission as an attorney/lawyer would be desirable.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years' company secretarial experience within a large and complex corporate environment, with demonstrated experience in corporate governance, Board and shareholder administration, statutory and regulatory compliance, corporate reporting, entity management, corporate transactions and commercial agreements. Experience coordinating with regulatory authorities, external legal counsel and corporate service providers across multiple jurisdictions is required. Previous experience within healthcare and/or a complex multi-entity corporate environment would be highly desirable.
