Zohorecruit is seeking a professionally qualified Company Secretary to join our multinational client in Dubai. You will ensure robust corporate governance, advise senior management on regulatory matters, and lead governance-related risk management across the organization.

The role requires a strong background in corporate law, compliance, and governance with 3+ years in a corporate secretarial position. You will interact with regulators and internal teams to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification as a Company Secretary (ACS or equivalent) is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate secretarial role in a notable firm or establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate governance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
  • Draft minutes, resolutions and other corporate documents as required.
  • Extract and compile corporate records for governance reporting.
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments in UAE and relevant jurisdictions.
  • Advise senior management on compliance requirements and governance strategies.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and mitigate risks.
  • Review corporate compliances as part of due diligences.
  • Liaise with regulators and client compliance teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication to shareholders and regulators.

A multinational firm is recruiting a professionally qualified Company Secretary (CSI) to join their dynamic team. As the Company Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of corporate governance within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, compliance, and governance, with the ability to provide strategic advice to the senior management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate governance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Draft of minutes, resolutions and other documents as required.
  • Extract and compile corporate records.
  • Remain updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments in India / UAE.
  • Stay abreast of changes in relevant legislation and regulations, advising the organization on compliance requirements.
