Job summary

Binance in Dubai is seeking a strategic Communications lead to drive media relations, executive storytelling and corporate messaging across global markets. You will oversee the speaker program, secure high-impact engagements, manage logistics and craft briefings for senior executives.

You'll develop newsworthy stories around security, compliance, product innovation and growth, build strong media relationships, organize events at key conferences, and ensure messaging remains compliant and

Qualifications

• Experience in creative, agency, marketing, operations, or project/program management environments.
• Experience working in fintech, tech, crypto, or similarly fast-paced industries highly preferred.
• Collaborative personality, who puts efficient collaboration and team success as the top priority for their work output.
• Experience in project management, workflow coordination, or other operations experience.
• Strategic, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• In-depth understanding of the creative process, including static and video production.
• Prior experience with complex problem-solving and SOP development.
• Advanced proficiency in Asana (or similar tools), including workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and integrations. Experience scaling Asana infrastructure across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative production workflows. Familiarity with LLM-based tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, SafuGPT), AI image/video generation platforms, and creative automation tools (e.g. Figma plugins, Adobe AI features, localisation platforms).
• Experience evaluating, procuring, and onboarding creative tools. Ability to assess requirements, build business cases for tool investment, and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Executive thought leadership:

  • Oversee Binance’s speaker program, securing high-impact speaking engagements, managing logistics/speaker calendars and briefing documents

  • Develop newsworthy stories and secure earned ops- including key media, KOL and podcast interviews- focused on security, compliance, product innovation, and institutional growth

  • Maintain and build Binance’s core executive speaker bench - support media trainings, ensure delivery of consistent messages across channels, elevate executive profiles to be credible and leading voices in the industry

  • Consistently deliver industry and market insights for earned media ops to further Binance’s position in key market issues, policies and trends

• Media relations:

  • Build, maintain and expand key media relationships with top-tier business, finance, tech, and crypto/trade media

  • Consistently secure high-quality and impactful media coverage, including interviews, commentary, op-eds, and feature stories for key spokespeople

  • Organize media events/strategic media engagements during key conferences

• Corporate messaging & news:

  • Support key corporate announcements, partnerships and campaigns, while ensuring strong cross team alignment and supporting localized strategies

  • Maintain and evolve Binance’s master messaging architecture for internal and external use for core company initiatives and narratives

  • Develop a cohesive story across channels for core business priorities and verticals, while working closely with legal, compliance and policy teams to ensure compliant and consistent communications

• Brand trust:

  • Own Binance’s presence and position in major industry rankings and reports

  • Lead and manage the global awards database end-to-end, including nomination submissions and tracking relevant opportunities

  • Leverage and support key industry voices and relationships for various communications efforts and campaigns
