Formación

• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
• 6+ years in digital marketing (social media, content or brand).

• Monitor sentiment, escalate risks, and support crisis communications.
• Track and report performance weekly/monthly using analytics tools.
• Contribute to team processes and playbooks to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support with the management and operations across global social channels including to create, schedule, and publish content on X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, in line with the established content strategy.
• Lead and drive the growth of video channels (like Instagram and TikTok) through daily page management, optimization, engagement, trend spotting, moderation, and community initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of video-first social platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, including short-form video formats, audience behaviors, platform algorithms, and best practices for driving reach, engagement, and channel growth through engaging, culturally relevant content.
• Support the growth of leadership profiles through channel strategy, content development, daily page management, and ongoing optimization.
• Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, identifying opportunities to translate them into relevant, engaging ideas that deliver value for the brand.
• Develop creative, culturally relevant ideas that turn social trends into standout moments and meaningful brand impact.
• Lead coordination with agencies and external partners to ensure content deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and brand objectives.
• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and community activation initiatives.
• Provide social media recommendations and optimization ideas for marketing initiatives, including global events, KOL engagements, and new product launches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align content schedules, maintain consistent messaging, and ensure timely delivery across channels.
• Stay up to date on emerging AI tools and content creation techniques, experimenting with new workflows to improve creative quality, production efficiency, and social media engagement.
• Monitor social sentiment and emerging issues, escalating potential risks and supporting crisis communication plans led by senior team members and Global Communications.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media and community performance weekly and monthly, using existing analytics tools and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to team processes, training, and playbooks, proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows and social media practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• 6+ years of digital marketing experience in social media, content or brand marketing related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to grow social media accounts and execute campaigns.
• Good understanding of the crypto market, with an interest in staying current on trends and sentiment, and familiarity with Binance's product suite.
• Strong knowledge of content creation and social media channels, with X, Instagram, and TikTok as a top priority.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns and working with external agencies, partners, or creators is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and the ability to use them to produce or support the production of static visuals, GIFs, memes, and short-form videos.
• Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
