Job summary

Al Sahraa Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Commis 2 or similar-kitchen role to support the Chef in food preparation and daily operations. You will help maintain quality, portion control, and clean, organized workstations while upholding food safety standards.

Ideal candidates are team players who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, are willing to learn, and can work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided to enhance skills and kitchen knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commis 2 or similar kitchen role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking as instructed by the Chef.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
