• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings and handle complex recipes on station duties.
• Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace with proper food handling and storage.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
