Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare inventory lists and ensure accuracy for outlets.
• Fill in for other chefs when absent and maintain standard recipes and plating guides.
• Provide recipes and costing to Executive Sous Chef as required.
• Assist in promotions/events and other food-related activities.
• Maintain records and logs; HACCP applied.
• Train and coordinate with Outlet Supervisors; ensure food items meet quality standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment of buffets and quality of food leaving kitchen.
• Maintain grooming, discipline, and cooperative team spirit.
