IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Commis Chef (I) to join our culinary team at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park. Ideally located in Dubai Science Park, you will contribute to high-quality food service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will prepare mise-en-place, maintain a hygienic kitchen, and support the team with food preparation and service. Culinary school qualification and experience in a restaurant or 4/5-star hotel are preferred, and you will benefit from uniform

Mansioni

• Prepares mise-en-place for day-to-day operation
• Maintains a healthy and hygienic work area
• Communicates politely to guests and internal customers
• Supports team with mise-en-place and storage pickups
• Communicates to supervisor any difficulties or guest feedback
• Attends daily briefings and training sessions
• Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment for service
• Cleans and resets working area
• Follows hotel and department regulations including health and safety
