Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality control and ensure timely food rotation and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards.

• Coordinate with Sous Chef on daily prep, shortages and seasonal menus.
• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and craft leadership in service.
