Job summary

La Petite Maison in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Chef de Partie to uphold the restaurant’s French‑Mediterranean standards. You will prepare mise-en-place, assist the Chef de Partie in cooking and plating, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

Collaboration with the team, strict hygiene practices, and ongoing culinary development are essential. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. Accommodation is provided and workers enjoy meals, time off, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high-end kitchen.
• Basic knife skills and recipe knowledge.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
