Jumeirah is seeking a Commis 3 to join our New French Concept at Jumeirah Al Qasr. The role involves preparing basic dishes, following recipes, and maintaining station readiness in a luxury resort environment.

The ideal candidate has up to 1 year of kitchen experience in luxury hospitality and a culinary arts degree, plus experience working in a multi-cultural setting. We offer a competitive, tax-free salary and comprehensive benefits in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of kitchen experience in luxury hospitality.
• College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited culinary school.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare basic dishes such as salads and sauces according to recipes.
• Follow established recipes and plating guides to ensure consistency.
• Maintain stock levels and organize items in refrigerators and freezers.
• Set up stations and keep areas clean for service.
• Assist kitchen with replenishing service lines and preparing workstations.
• Continually develop culinary knowledge and skills.
