• Prepare basic dishes such as salads and sauces as instructed, ensuring adherence to recipe specifications and plating guidelines.
• Follow established recipes and plating guides to maintain consistency and quality.
• Ensure proper stocking and organization of food items in refrigerators and freezers.
• Set up stations with necessary supplies and maintain cleanliness during service.
• Provide kitchen assistance, replenishing service lines and preparing workstations for the next shift.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Prepare basic dishes such as salads and sauces as instructed, ensuring adherence to recipe specifications and plating guidelines.
• Follow established recipes and plating guides precisely to maintain consistency and quality in food presentation.
• Ensure proper stocking and organization of food items in refrigerators and freezers to maintain freshness and availability.
• Set up stations with necessary supplies and maintain cleanliness throughout service periods to facilitate smooth operations.
• Provide efficient kitchen assistance, including replenishing service lines, restocking supplies, and preparing workstations for the next shift.
• Continually develop culinary knowledge and skills to enhance the ability to produce high-quality meals and support culinary team objectives.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 0-1 year of experience in a range of kitchen areas, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
• College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited Culinary School.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
