Qualifikationen

• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Culinary Art is preferred.
• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
• Basic experience in handling and preparing food, including specialty dishes like pizza.
• Ability to work long hours with a strong focus on operational excellence.
• Ability to move and lift up to 15 kg without assistance.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen tools and food hygiene.

Aufgaben

• Washes and peels ingredients for production of dishes.
• Ensure mise en place is prepared to high quality standards.
• Assist with buffet setup and replenishment.
• Inform seniors when stock is low and help organize storage.
• Maintain hygiene of surfaces, tools and area before/after use.
• Report cleanliness and maintenance issues to superiors.
