Qualifications

• Commis 1 or equivalent in a Luxury Hotel or Fine Dining setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred, not mandatory.
• Pre-opening kitchen experience is advantageous.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Ability to craft and maintain a FIVE-styled menu and ensure timely service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations to deliver sensational FIVE-style dining experiences.
• Prepare and execute a creative menu with handcrafted dishes.
• Procure ingredients and ensure fresh, bespoke components.
• Maintain hygienic, organised kitchen following safety standards.
• Support pre-opening activities and help set up fast-paced kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely service.
