Job summary

Nobu is seeking a Commis 1 to support the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a luxury setting. You will assist with ingredient preparation, cooking, and dish presentation, while maintaining your section and upholding the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

You have strong attention to detail, work well under pressure, and thrive as part of a collaborative team. Experience with Japanese cuisine or fine dining operations is advantageous, along with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a world-class culinary team.
