Apt Resources is seeking a Commis 2 for a busy kitchen in Dubai, UAE. The role supports daily operations, assists the Chef de Partie and Sous-Chef, and follows standard recipes to ensure consistent quality.

You will uphold food hygiene and safety standards, monitor equipment, and manage waste and costs while working with an English-speaking team and flexible shifts. Benefits include free accommodation, transport, food allowance, health insurance, uniforms, service charges, and annual air tickets.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of working experience.
• Minimum 18 months of experience in a Commis 2 position.
• Culinary diploma or completion of a short culinary course.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
