Career Land Center, LLC is seeking motivated culinary professionals to join our hotel kitchen in Dubai as Commis 1, 2, or 3. You will assist chefs, maintain station cleanliness, and ensure high-quality dish presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience as Commis 1/2/3 in reputable hotels or restaurants, strong culinary fundamentals, and a portfolio for higher levels. Accommodation and visa may be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commis 1, 2, or 3 in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
• Strong basic culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
• Portfolio with photographs of your culinary creations (for Commis 2 and 3).
