Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking a Commercial Portfolio Lead to drive end-to-end opportunities from strategy to execution in Tech & AI. You will work with LoS and IFS leaders to shape high-value initiatives, translate demand into value cases, and ensure ROI and scalable adoption across the business.

The role focuses on commercial outcomes, change management, and cross-functional collaboration within the PwC ecosystem in the UAE and wider ME region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, strategy, innovation, finance, operations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end as business-facing lead for converting Tech & AI opportunities into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with LoS and IFS leaders to identify and shape high-value opportunities.
• Translate business demand into clear opportunity statements and value cases.
• Share ownership for ROI, growth, and operational value with leaders.
• Apply commercial, change and workflow design thinking to ensure scalable solutions.
• Challenge technical options to ensure feasibility and relevance.
• Create feedback loops with Centre of Excellence and product teams for reusable patterns.
• Identify opportunities to reuse assets and approaches across LoS and IFS.
