The Commercial Finance Manager acts as a strategic finance business partner to the Sales teams, providing financial insights and analytical support to drive profitable growth. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning, the Commercial Finance Manager ensures commercial decisions are supported by robust financial analysis and aligned with the company's strategic and profitability objectives.
The successful candidate is a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with a practical understanding of the business. They are naturally curious, data-driven, and able to transform complex financial information into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making. They build trusted relationships across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, providing constructive challenge while collaborating to achieve profitable growth. They are confident influencing stakeholders, balancing commercial opportunities with financial discipline, and identifying solutions that create long‑term value.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 6–8 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Commercial Controlling within the FMCG or alcoholic beverages industry.
