Job summary

Khazna Data Centers is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager to lead and coordinate Khazna’s Commercial Governance and Bid Process across Sales, Presales, Design, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and Procurement.

The role focuses on implementing the Commercial Excellence Framework, ensuring compliance with the Delegation of Authority, pricing policies and risk controls, and managing CRM data quality and pipeline integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, commercial management or a related discipline.
• Bid management, proposal management, commercial management or project-management certification is preferred.
• APMP or an equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum ten years of experience in bid management, proposal management, commercial operations or commercial excellence.
• At least three to five years of experience coordinating complex, cross-functional B2B bids.
• Experience within data centers, telecommunications, cloud, technology or critical infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve Khazna’s Commercial Excellence Framework.
• Coordinate commercial governance across Sales, Presales, Design, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and Procurement.
• Facilitate opportunity qualification, bid/no-bid decisions, pricing approvals, contract reviews and formal approval gates.
• Ensure compliance with the Delegation of Authority, pricing guidelines, risk policies and commercial governance requirements.
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline data quality and opportunity-stage accuracy.
• Develop commercial dashboards and analytics covering pipeline, conversion, bid performance, cycle time and commercial risks.
• Support commercial capability-building and training across relevant teams.
• Strengthen sales-to-contract and bid-to-delivery handovers to reduce risk and improve execution readiness
• Coordinate the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from qualification and bid/no-bid decisions through proposal development, submission, negotiation and award.
• Develop bid strategies, project plans, timelines, governance schedules, RACI matrices and action trackers.
• Coordinate inputs from commercial, technical, operational, financial, legal and procurement stakeholders.

We are seeking a to Commercial Excellence Manager works with their line manager to execute Khazna’s Commercial Governance & Bid Process.
