Job summary

Ellington Properties is seeking a proactive Collections Executive in Dubai to manage customer payment collections for property purchases, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely recovery of receivables. The role requires fluency in Arabic, French, and English to engage a diverse client base.

You will work with CRM/ERP systems, monitor accounts, prepare demand notices, and report on aging receivables while upholding UAE real estate procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 25 years of collections experience within UAE real estate or property company.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP) and strong reporting skills.

Job Title: Collections Executive

About the Role

Ellington Properties is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Collections Executive to manage customer payment collections maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the UAE real estate industry and be fluent in Arabic French and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on customer payment schedules for property purchases.
• Contact customers via phone email and meetings regarding upcoming and overdue payments.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Resolve customer payment-related queries and coordinate with internal departments to facilitate collections.
• Maintain accurate customer payment records and update collection reports.
• Prepare demand notices reminder letters and payment follow-ups in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor customer accounts to identify payment risks and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports on collections performance and aging receivables.
• Build positive relationships with customers while achieving collection targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in business administration Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 25 years of collections experience within a UAE real estate developer/brokerage or property company.
• Strong understanding of real estate payment plans SPA terms and customer collections.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems (such as Salesforce Oracle SAP or similar).
• Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively.

Language Requirements
