Job summary

PayTech Nexus Ltd is seeking an Acquisition Specialist- Co-Brand Credit Cards in Dubai to drive card acquisition, optimize approvals, and boost activation across the customer journey. You will collaborate with banking partners, risk, product, UX, and marketing teams to reduce friction and improve conversion in a regulated fintech environment.

The role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end journey from application to first transaction, with a 12-month term and UAE market exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience with cobrand card programs or issuing banks.
• Proven track record of improving acquisition and conversion metrics.
• Experience operating in regulated financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end acquisition funnel for the Client cobrand credit card from application start to card issuance and first transaction.
• Analyse approval and decline data to identify key drivers impacting application success rates and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with Clients banking partners, credit risk and operations teams to improve approval outcomes while remaining compliant with regulatory and policy constraints.
• Partner with Client product, UX and marketing teams to enhance customer journeys and reduce friction in digital acquisition flows.
• Monitor acquisition performance on a daily and weekly basis and produce actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support acquisition campaigns, growth initiatives and seasonal demand peaks to maximise funded card volumes.

Job Title: Acquisition Specialist- Co-Brand Credit Cards

Term: 12 months

Reports to: Program Lead- Co-Brand Cards/ Payments Product Owner

Relevant experience: 5 years in Cards Portfolio / Lifecycle Management with an Acquisition focus

Mandatory requirements:

• UAE market experience
• English (Arabic preferred)
• Credit cards domain experience in Acquisition
• Immediate availability

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

Support clients newly launched cobrand credit card with a banking partner by driving acquisition performance and optimizing approval outcomes across the customer journey.
The Acquisition Specialist will work directly with the clients cobrand cards program to help boost important acquisition metrics. Their main goal is to raise application approval rates and increase the number of customers who obtain and activate the credit card. The role will work crossfunctionally with
Client product marketing and operations teams and closely with their banking partner stakeholders to identify bottlenecks optimize processes and implement datadriven improvements across the endtoend acquisition funnel.

Key Activities
