Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Dubai seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate DMG MORI machines, edit Siemens Sinumerik programs, and ensure tight tolerances. You will read complex blueprints, use GD&T, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in precision manufacturing, strong measuring tool skills, and familiarity with CAM software. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on CNC machining experience in precision manufacturing.
• Recent DMG MORI machine experience (DMU/CMX/NLX/NTX or similar).
• Proficiency with Siemens Sinumerik controls (840D / ShopMill / ShopTurn).
• High school diploma or related vocational qualification.
• Advanced ability to read drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Strong skills with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMM data.

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Operation: setup, adjust, and run DMG MORI CNC milling/turning machines.
• Programming & Control: read/edit Siemens Sinumerik programs at the controller using G-code/M-code.
• Quality Control & Inspection: interpret blueprints and GD&T, inspect parts with precision tools.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: perform routine PM, diagnose issues, adjust cutting parameters.
