Accor is seeking a Cluster Director of People & Culture for Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha to lead the P&C strategy across multiple properties in Dubai. You will partner with hotel leadership to align people priorities with business goals and ensure a high-performance, inclusive culture.

The role requires 8–10 years in hospitality HR in the UAE, with 3–5 years in senior HR leadership. You will oversee talent management, payroll, and HR governance, while championing Heartist engagement

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, hospitality management or related field.
• Professional HR qualification (CIPD/SHRM or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR / P&C experience within the hospitality industry in the UAE.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership or Director-level position.
• Previous multi-property or cluster hotel experience within an international hotel group is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.
• Proven experience in talent management, succession planning and organisational development.
• Sound knowledge of employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll and HR governance.
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development capabilities.
• Effective communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness and adaptability.
• Integrity, discretion and sound decision-making.
• Passion for hospitality, people development and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the cluster P&C strategy across properties.
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning and internal mobility for quality talent.
• Drive performance management, leadership development, and learning initiatives.
• Champion Heartist experience, engagement, wellbeing and culture.
• Ensure HR governance, regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits and manpower budgeting with Finance.
• Ensure efficient P&C services including visa administration and colleague housing.
• Lead, coach and develop the P&C team and foster collaboration.
