Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a digital or social media role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• Strong communication and community management skills.
• Hands-on photography, videography and content creation.
• Proficient with Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Create high-quality photo, video and social content for digital channels.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, captions and content aligned with Paramount brand.
• Be present at hotel events to capture real-time content and bring experiences online.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse insights and suggest improvements.
• Support digital campaigns, emails, e-newsletters and paid advertising initiatives.
• Assist website content updates, SEO initiatives and guest journey improvements.
• Collaborate with creative, PR and media agencies for campaigns.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and opportunities.
• Bring fresh ideas to keep Paramount’s presence engaging.

We're looking for a creative, digitally savvy and trend-driven Cluster Digital & Social Media Executive to join our Marketing & Communications Cast and help bring the Paramount experience to life online.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to create content that stops the scroll, build engaging digital communities and turn creative ideas into measurable results across our hotel portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and more
• Create high-quality photo, video and social content for our digital channels
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, captions and content aligned with the Paramount brand
• Be present at hotel events and activations to capture real-time content and bring the experience to our audience
• Monitor social media and digital performance, analyse insights and recommend opportunities for improvement
• Support digital campaigns, online promotions, emailers, e-newsletters and paid advertising initiatives
• Support website content updates, SEO initiatives and improvements to the online guest journey
• Work with creative, PR, media and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and content
• Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor activity and emerging social media opportunities
• Bring fresh ideas that keep our digital presence relevant, engaging and unmistakably Paramount

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar digital/social media role
• Experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
• Strong digital and social media marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality or a related field
• Strong communication and community management skills
• Social media savvy with a strong understanding of current trends and content formats
• Hands-on photography, videography and content creation skills
• Video/photo editing experience and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Office
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh concepts and visual storytelling
• Strong coordination skills and experience working with creative, PR and media agencies
