Job summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop engaging digital content for our hotel, dining experiences, guest stories, and lifestyle offerings. You will produce photography, videography, reels, and written content across social media channels, website, and marketing campaigns.

The role involves planning content strategies, attending events, collaborating with Rooms, F&B, Recreation, and Sales & Marketing, and maintaining a digital asset library.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, content editing, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Strong creative storytelling, copywriting, and visual content development skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content trends, audience engagement strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing & Communications in campaigns, partnerships, and PR activities.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and Hyatt policies in handling content.
• Build relationships across departments to facilitate communication.
• Represent Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai professionally at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content across social media, photography, videography, and digital marketing platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and produce engaging digital content, including photography, videography, reels, short-form videos, graphic designs, and written content for the hotel's social media channels, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute content strategies that promote hotel rooms, restaurants, events, promotions, and guest experiences.
• Attend and cover hotel events, activations, and special occasions to capture high-quality content for real-time and future marketing use.
• Collaborate closely with operational departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and Sales & Marketing, to identify content opportunities and ensure accurate representation of hotel services.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to create innovative and relevant content that enhances audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Ensure all content aligns with Hyatt brand standards, marketing objectives, and company guidelines.
• Maintain and manage a structured digital asset library of photographs, videos, graphics, and marketing materials for future use.
• Prepare and maintain content calendars to support the planning, scheduling, and publication of content across digital platforms.
