Qualifications

• Experience in cloud operations, production support, or similar technical operations roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze cloud incidents.
• Familiarity with operational tooling used in cloud environments.
• Good understanding of backups, recovery processes, and service availability.
• Ability to support distributed cloud workloads and coordinate with teams.
• Knowledge of performance management and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience automating operational tasks using scripts or workflows.
• Calm and structured approach during service incidents.
• Strong customer service orientation with clear communication across teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset aimed at reducing operational toil.
