Job summary

Northflank is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in Dubai to design scalable cloud solutions, manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), and maintain secure, multi-tenant architecture. You will develop and maintain IaC for internal and customer platforms, implement Kubernetes-based orchestration, and enhance CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Typescript, Rust, Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience with KVM, Kata Containers, gVisor
• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio, Envoy, Linkerd

• Experience with persistent storage technologies such as Ceph, Rook
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack)
• Familiarity with serverless computing concepts
• Experience with database administration (SQL and NoSQL)
