Qualifications

• Mandatory healthcare sales experience within clinics, hospitals, or medical centers.
• Extensive hands-on CRM expertise including Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Proven track record in patient lifecycle management and healthcare revenue generation.
• Strong experience leading or guiding inside sales or patient sales teams.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete patient sales lifecycle including enquiry capture and retention strategies.
• Lead Patient Sales Coordinators and outbound healthcare sales agents.
• Drive outbound sales calls and proactive patient follow-up to convert enquiries.
• Monitor performance metrics and close conversion gaps using analytics.
