NMC GROUP SERVICES. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a registered nurse with advanced education or certification in a specialty area. The post holder will develop and sustain a learning culture within their specialty and serve as a subject matter expert for patient care and safety.

The role includes supporting audit processes, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interprofessional team to implement and monitor care plans using evidence-based practice.

Qualificações

• Hold an appropriate nursing license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory authority.
• Hold a current American Heart Association BLS Provider card.
• Have a post-graduate specialist qualification in the field of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct systematic patient assessment and monitor health status.
• Develop and evaluate patient care plans with the interprofessional team.
• Perform essential life support as required (BLS, ACLS, etc.).
• Assist in medical procedures, admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Support audits and data collection for KPIs in the specialty field.
