• Provide and coordinate patient care and support across shifts
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans
• Assess and document vital signs and clinical data for care planning
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals in various settings
• Perform systematic patient assessments and identify nursing diagnoses
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects
• Assist in medical procedures and wound care management
• Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge processes
