Job summary

Outset Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist (nursing background) to support customers across hospital, clinic, and home settings with the Tablo Hemodialysis System. You will provide hands-on clinical execution and training, ensuring smooth go-lives and ongoing education.

You will partner with Sales, Service, Clinical, and Marketing to address customer needs, conduct site visits, and support performance reviews while traveling up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• 2+ years of dialysis experience or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, supporting ongoing engagement and day-to-day program execution
• Provide hands-on clinical execution support, including program implementation, go-lives, and training across acute, post-acute, and home environments
• Deliver clinical application support and clinician education for the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Prepare for and participate in Clinical Business Reviews (CBRs) to align performance with site strategic priorities
• Conduct regular site visits to reinforce clinical best practices and identify workflow efficiency improvements
• Partner with Sales, Service, Clinical, and Marketing teams to address customer needs
• Manage consumable inventory to ensure treatment continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• 2+ years of dialysis experience or related field
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards
• Familiarity with developing business plans, ROI, and health system accreditation processes
• Ability to translate data and analytics into action plans
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Home Hemodialysis experience
• Direct patient care experience
• Experience with insourced Tablo dialysis delivery
• National nursing certification
• Nursing leadership experience
• BLS & ACLS certification
