Job summary

Evergreen Nephrology is seeking an analytical professional to partner with analysts, evaluate data needs, and define analytical approaches. You will query and analyze complex datasets, supporting operational and clinical decision-making with descriptive, classification, and predictive algorithms.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with HIPAA compliance. MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant analytical experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment; HIPAA compliance required.

• Contribute to analyses that inform operational and clinical decision-making
• Query, wrangle, and analyze complex datasets including claims, clinical, and member data using relational databases
• Support the development of descriptive, classification, and predictive algorithms

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant analytical experience
• Proficiency with SQL and Python
• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite
• Ability to maintain a dedicated, interruption-free workspace for HIPAA compliance
