Job summary

Outset Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist (nursing background) to support customers across hospital, clinic, and home settings with the Tablo Hemodialysis System. You will provide hands-on clinical execution and training, ensuring smooth go-lives and ongoing education.

You will partner with Sales, Service, Clinical, and Marketing to address customer needs, conduct site visits, and support performance reviews while traveling up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• 2+ years of dialysis experience or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and support ongoing engagement.
• Provide hands-on clinical execution support including program implementation, go-lives, and training.
• Deliver clinical application support and clinician education for the Tablo Hemodialysis System.
• Prepare for and participate in Clinical Business Reviews to align performance with priorities.
• Conduct regular site visits to reinforce best practices and improve workflow efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Service, Clinical, and Marketing to address customer needs.
• Manage consumable inventory to ensure treatment continuity.
