Job summary

DR JOY HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT DMCC is seeking a Clinic Helper to support our Burjuman clinic. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and visitors, working on-site to uphold high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

You will clean per Dubai Health Authority requirements, assist staff, and help host patients by offering tea or coffee. The role emphasizes reliability, good communication, and physical stamina to manage daily cleaning and guest

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a clinic or helper role.
• Understanding of hygiene standards and cleaning processes in a clinical setting.
• Ability to perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing duties including mopping and toilet cleaning.
• Basic communication skills for interacting with patients and clinic staff.
• Physical ability to carry out cleaning and hostess tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the clinic to meet Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements.
• Perform mopping, toilet cleaning and other general cleaning tasks throughout the facility.
• Assist in hosting patients by serving tea and coffee to patients and visitors.
• Restock cleaning supplies and inform management as needed.
• Assist clinic staff with ad hoc cleaning and minor support duties as required.

Join our clinical team as a Clinic Helper and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe hygienic and welcoming environment for patients and visitors As part of our dynamic clinic team in Burjuman you ll work in an ONSITE environment helping to ensure the facility meets the highest standards for cleanliness and patient comfort

Responsibilities

• Ensure the clinic is cleaned and maintained as per Dubai Health Authority DHA requirements
• Perform mopping toilet cleaning and other general cleaning tasks throughout the facility
• Support in preparing serving and offering tea and coffee to patients and visitors as a hostess
• Restock cleaning supplies and inform management as needed
• Assist clinic staff with ad hoc cleaning and minor support duties as required

Must have requirements

• Previous experience working in a clinic or in a helper role
• Understanding of hygiene standards and cleaning processes in a clinical setting
