Job summary

Vikst Marketing is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to nurture client relationships across the UAE and GCC. You will own a portfolio, work with performance and creative teams, and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations.

You will lead client conversations, review performance in Zoom calls and in-person meetings, and ensure satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client services or account management in a performance marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of paid media and ability to lead client conversations.
• Fluent English with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships across the UAE and GCC and build trust with founders and marketing teams.
• Lead Zoom calls, performance reviews, and in-person meetings.
• Present and discuss Meta and Google Ads performance, linking results to business goals.
• Handle challenging conversations about performance, budgets, and expectations.

At VIKST we re building the leading eCommerce growth agency in the GCC

We re looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager who understands paid media leads confident client conversations and takes ownership of client satisfaction and retention

You ll manage your own client portfolio working closely with our performance and creative teams to turn results into clear insights recommendations and action

What you ll be working on

• Own client relationships building trust with founders and marketing teams across the UAE GCC
• Lead Zoom calls performance reviews and in-person meetings
• Present and discuss Meta and Google Ads performance connecting results to clients business goals
• Handle challenging conversations addressing performance budget concerns and expectations
• Work with internal teams to solve problems agree priorities and follow through on commitments
• Keep clients informed and supported proactively managing satisfaction and retention

Agency-side client management experience within paid media is essential

General customer service sales or organic social media experience alone will not meet the requirements

Additional details

• Full-time and remote Start As soon as possible
• Has 3+ years of client services or account management experience within a performance marketing agency
• Has directly managed paid media clients, led performance reviews and handled difficult conversations
• Understands Meta Ads, Google Ads and eCommerce, with the ability to explain strategy and results confidently
• Can interpret metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, MER, conversion rate and AOV
• Communicates fluently and professionally in English, with strong presentation and relationship building skill
• Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused, managing multiple clients and taking ownership
• UAE/GCC client experience, Shopify knowledge and Arabic language skills are advantages
