Job summary

Trade Point in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Customer Relations & Sales Officer to join our team. You will manage client relationships, handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and drive sales performance with professionalism and confidence.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales or customer relations, strong English, and good negotiation skills. Arabic is a plus; CRM experience is advantageous as you coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with existing and potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up until closing the deal.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.
