Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, managing communications and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, working proactively to address any issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Develop strategies for enhancing client engagement and retention.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and satisfaction metrics to management.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they are well-informed about services and processes.
