Job summary

We are seeking a motivated individual with 1–2 years of experience in AV rental or events, strong communication and coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Filipino female candidates and spouse visa holders are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the AV Rental or Event Rental industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and client follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of AV equipment and rental solutions.
• MS Office and computer applications knowledge.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
• Filipino female candidates are preferred.
• Husband/Spouse Visa holders are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle AV rental enquiries and requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations and rental proposals.
• Follow up with clients regarding enquiries and quotations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams for project execution.
• Maintain customer databases and rental documentation.
• Assist the sales team with daily coordination and admin tasks.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients.
• Support the team in achieving rental sales targets.
