Job summary

Talent Higher in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a polished Client Experience Ambassador to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

This hands-on client service role guides clients through applications, resolves queries and escalations, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.

You will welcome clients, assist with licensing and company setup, and manage documentation and payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum two years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
• A presentable, confident and professional individual with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience within a free zone or business setup environment is preferred.
• Candidates from hotel supervision, banking relationship management or store operations management backgrounds will also be considered.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and computer literacy.
• Comfortable working Monday to Friday on either an 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 11:00 am–8:00 pm shift.
• Candidates must be able to commute independently, as transportation is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, visitors and VIP guests professionally.
• Assist clients with business licence, renewal, amendment and company setup-related queries.
• Guide clients through online portal applications, submissions and updates.
• Manage walk-in interactions, queue flow and daily client interaction records.
• Prepare proforma invoices and support accurate payment processing.
• Coordinate with Licensing, Finance, Legal, PRO Services and other internal teams to resolve client matters.
• Handle and log escalations, follow up with relevant teams and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Provide accurate information on services, packages, procedures and requirements.
• Manage document receipt, dispatch and courier coordination.
• Use Zoho Desk or similar systems to assign and escalations client tickets.
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
• Support administrative requirements and promote relevant value-added services where appropriate.
