Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or junior SOC analysis.
• Foundational understanding of security concepts like MFA and access control.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first responder for security alerts.
• Own customer security tickets including account recovery.
• Participate in an on-call pager rotation.
