Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an experienced infrastructure security leader to define and execute the security strategy across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and endpoints. You will coach and grow distributed technical teams, translate security goals into measurable roadmaps, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure to bake security into products from day one.

In this fully remote role, you will communicate risks to leadership, drive risk remediation, and advance mature security programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience leading and managing technical security teams.
• Strong background in Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, or Platform Security.
• Proven ability to translate security goals into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and delegation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure Security team, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
• Define and drive the Infrastructure Security strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model.
• Prioritize team initiatives based on security risk, business impact, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide security across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, endpoints, and vulnerability management.
• Build scalable processes for risk prioritization and remediation tracking.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams to integrate security early.
• Communicate infrastructure security risks and progress to technical teams and leadership.
