Qualifications

• Qualified healthcare professional (RN, Pharmacist, or similar).
• Experience in hospital, clinic, or medical environment preferred.
• Prior medical claims or health insurance experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of medical terminology and documentation.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding standards is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process medical insurance claims from policyholders and providers.
• Verify accuracy of claim forms, records, and invoices.
• Investigate incomplete claims by requesting additional information.
• Analyze medical records to support claim assessment.
• Decide on approvals or denials following policy guidelines.
• Ensure timely processing of paid claims and coordinate with finance teams.
• Maintain accurate claims records and confidentiality.
