Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or lead experience in a call center.
• 3–5 years customer service experience in a call center required.
• Healthcare, health insurance, claims processing, or provider billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a remote team of inbound and outbound customer service representatives.
• Achieve client service expectations and Health Benefits' service objectives.
• Manage staff development and client advocacy cases.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery through research, problem solving, and reporting.
